Shipping policy

At the FidgetSyndicate, ordering is easy, fast and safe! We will do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible. We will pack any order you place on working days before 16:00, and give it to the delivery service that same day. We pack your order personally, with great care and love, in our warehouse in Eindhoven (the Netherlands). We than give it to our trusted delivery partner. 

 

Delivery within the Netherlands

Standard shipping options and costs:

  • PostNL Shipping: 1 working day* | €4.95
  • Free Shipping: For orders over €49,-

Your order will be shipped with PostNL. Please note: your order will be shipped when we have received the payment (or afterpay notification).

Shipping restrictions:

We currently only ship to EU countries. But we are working on extending to worldwide shipping.

Let our customer service know from which country you would like to order. This can be given priority if there are many applications.

 

Track & Trace:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can track your package.

 

Return policy:

You can return to us 14 days after delivery without reason! So if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, then you can return it without worries.
