Even though we usually answer within the same hour, we have created this FAQ page to answer your questions immediately. We have tried to answer the most frequently asked questions as clearly as possible. This is kept up to date so that you always have the most relevant information at hand.
Before I Order
Are you a dropshipping store?
TLDR: No
Nowadays, the question is often (rightly) asked whether certain companies/sites do dropshipping, which often goes hand in hand with poor quality products and an extremely long delivery time. We are proud that we manage our own stock in our warehouse in Eindhoven. We check the quality of the product before shipping, then personally pack it with the utmost care and hand it over to the delivery service ourselves. We usually deliver within a few working days. So no, we are certainly not a dropshipping company!
When can I expect my delivery?
This depends on the country you ordered from, but usually we deliver within a few business days.

When can I reach the customer service?
We are open on weekdays from 09:00-16:00(UTC+1) (holidays excluded), you can call us, chat with us, and email us.

I have already ordered
How can I track my order?
We always send a track and trace via e-mail after we ship your order.
You can find this mail by searching in your mail for"support@fidgetsyndicate.com" or your ordernumber.
My product came in damaged, what do I do?
It is possible that a clumsy delivery person has not delivered a package as you are used to from us. If your package has arrived damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. Taking photos of how the package was delivered can certainly help.
Do not return anything before you have contacted someone from our support team. Otherwise the process will be delayed.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not been sent yet, you can cancel or change it by contacting our customer support.
Orders are usually shipped at 16:00 (UTC+1) monday-friday.
