Return and refund policy
Return period
You have 14 days after receipt to return your order. So, you have 14 days after the receipt date (track and trace delivery date) to notify your return with us. Then you have an additional 14 days to ship it to us.
Example: Ordered on 03-11, received on 04-11. In this case, the latest date we can accept the return announcement is 18-11. Then we need to physically receive it by 02-12. We won’t be overly strict if there’s a delay with the delivery service, as long as it handed over to the delivery service on time.
Product condition
We can only accept undamaged items in original packaging. Damage and value reduction will be charged to the customer.
Items not valid for return/refund: personalized items, hygiene products.
Costs and reimbursement:
You are responsible for the correct delivery of the returned order. The return is therefore on your own account/at your own cost, as indicated in the general terms and conditions. If everything has been received correctly, we will process the return as soon as possible, but no later than within 5 working days (though usually the same day). The refund will follow within 10 business days (though usually much sooner) and will be refunded with the same payment method you used when purchasing.
Exchange policy:
Unfortunately, you cannot exchange your order with us. If you would like a different item, we kindly ask you to return the unwanted item, wait for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.
